Terms of use

Rules for using Rahi, for applicants and counselors.

Draft — this text must be reviewed by legal counsel before final publication. Until then it shows the overall framework of Rahi's rules of use.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, opening the app or using any part of Rahi (the website, the Android app and the Telegram bot) you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service. Together with the Privacy and Disclaimer pages they form a single agreement.

2. Eligibility

Rahi is for people aged 18 or older. By signing up you confirm that you are of legal age, that the information you enter is accurate and your own, and that using the service is lawful where you live. Rahi may restrict service to any person or region without giving a reason.

3. Your account and responsibilities

Your account is personal and cannot be transferred. You are responsible for keeping the email, Telegram account and device you sign in with secure, and every action taken from your account is attributed to you. Tell support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Counselors are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials and experience they declare.

4. Rahi's role and the services

Rahi is an intermediary platform. Questionnaire results are an automated estimate based on your own information and are not legal advice; counseling is provided by independent counselors who are responsible for its content. Rahi gives no guarantee of a visa, admission, job offer or any immigration outcome. The final decision always rests with the issuing authority.

5. Payment, cancellation and refunds

Each order is paid into Rahi's account before the service and is activated after the receipt is verified. Cancelling a session before the cutoff shown on the booking page is free; after it a fee is deducted. Complaints about quality or non-delivery go through the dispute process and are decided by the Rahi team. Prices are in toman and include Rahi's fee.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: enter false information or forged documents; use someone else's account or impersonate anyone; bulk-extract or republish platform content (pathways, facts, maps, texts); attack Rahi's infrastructure, bypass limits or reverse-engineer the code; or use Rahi for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment or promoting competing services. Counselors may not steer users to settle outside the platform.

7. Privacy and data

How your data is collected, stored and encrypted is described in the Privacy page. Documents you upload are visible only to you and your case counselor, and every access by the Rahi team is logged. By using the service you consent to processing as described there.

8. Intellectual property

The Rahi name and mark, the design, code, texts, maps and content produced by Rahi belong to Rahi; use beyond personal purposes requires written permission. You keep ownership of the documents and answers you enter and grant Rahi a limited licence to use them only to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. Visa rules, fees and timelines change without notice; each pathway shows its review date and unreviewed content is labelled. Rahi is not responsible for decisions you take based on estimates or counseling, for service outages, or for errors by external authorities.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Rahi's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Rahi for that service in the preceding six months. Rahi is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, income or data.

11. Suspension and termination

If these terms are breached, Rahi may suspend the account temporarily or permanently, cancel open orders and keep records for review. You may request deletion from inside your account at any time; data needed for legal or financial obligations is kept for the required period.

12. Changes to these terms

Rahi may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with its update date, and material changes are announced in the app or by email. Continued use after publication means you accept the new version.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Disputes are first handled through Rahi support and the internal dispute process; failing agreement, the competent courts of Tehran have jurisdiction.

14. Contact

For questions about these terms use the support section in the app or on the website, or message the Rahi Telegram bot.
