1What is collected
Questionnaire answers, account details, documents you upload yourself, and payment receipts.
2Who sees it
You, your case counselor, and the Rahi team only as far as needed for payments and disputes. Every non-owner access is logged.
3Storage and encryption
Data is kept on Rahi's server. Passport numbers and bank details are encrypted. Daily backups are taken.
4Your rights
Request a data export or account deletion from inside the console. Document contents are never sent over Telegram.
