Is Rahi a lawyer or an immigration agency?
No. Rahi is a platform that connects you with verified independent counselors or its own team members and provides the case tooling. The counselor is responsible for the advice, and Rahi guarantees no visa.
How reliable is the questionnaire result?
It is an automated estimate from the information you entered and rules the content team has reviewed. Good for a first screen; make the final decision in the call with a counselor.
Do I need an account to start?
No. You start the questionnaire without one. To see results you create an account with email or Telegram and your answers attach to it.
2Paying1 question
How does payment work, and what if something goes wrong?
Bank transfer to Rahi's account and a receipt upload. The finance team verifies it and nothing reaches the counselor until then. If a dispute is opened, that order's funds are frozen until the Rahi team resolves it.
3Your case2 questions
Where are my documents stored?
On Rahi's server, in private storage, accessible only to you and your case counselor. Passport numbers and bank details are encrypted. You can request an export or deletion at any time.
Can I change my counselor?
Once without a reason in the first 14 days of a case, then through support. The case history is preserved.
